The simplest way to use this page is to call-up the find feature of your web browser. Press "ctrl" and "f" together and at the top of the page you should get a find box. Start typing the name of your hotel/resort in the box and you should be taken automatically to the best match as you type it. A word of warning though - double check the address of your hotel as some large chains have more than one of their hotels in Tucson. You can move to a different location if it is listed using the next button of the find feature. For instance, the JW Marriott Starr Pass, can be located by typing Marriott then scrolling through the options using the next button. After you locate your hotel - chose it from the menu and click buy now - once your payment is processed you will be taken to a page where you will finalize your reservation with information about your pickup time and flight information.

Doesn't the hotel/resort provide free airport shuttles?

Because Tucson is such a sprawling southwestern city the distances to all but a few hotels prohibit providing free shuttles. The hotels in the $60 range for instance are at least 20 to 25 miles from the airport. Our rates to these hotels are some of the lowest available cheaper than the airport taxis in most cases.

Why shouldn't I just hop in an Airport Taxi?

Our rates are less expensive than Airport Taxis in most cases. Airport cabs charge $4.50 flag drop and 2.50/mile and distances to most major hotels are posted on the airport website for reference. In addition we meet you inside the airport and assist you with baggage at no extra charge. We also tend to have much cleaner and more comfortable vehicles.

Wouldn't a shared ride service be cheaper?

No, in most cases for 1 person we are within a couple of dollars of even the shared ride prices. For instance for shared ride Loew's Ventana Canyon is $48 and we charge $50. To Westin La Paloma its $42 and we charge $45 with no waiting. Because we don't charge for a second or even a third passenger we are actually less expensive than shared ride services.

Since the rate is for "up to 3 people" can you arrange for me to share with someone else coming in at the same time?

No, while on the surface this seems simple, it is not, even when large meetings are taking place at a hotel/resort the people attending schedule their flights according to what is convenient to them and with 9 major airlines coming in from different locations on their own flight schedules it just doesn't happen very often.  It is easier for you to contact someone within your company/organization and arrange your flights ahead of time accordingly.

You may have noticed with shared ride services you end up waiting anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes or more sometimes for a ride, this is so they can get as many people as possible on one van. We don't want to make you or any of our passengers wait unnecessarily. Besides if you get a large enough group of people together (7-14 people) to share we have a 14 passenger van available and can provide super savings.

Why shouldn't I just go with the cheapest rate I can find?

While you may be able to find less expensive services available, be cautious, in Arizona taxi, limo, and livery services are governed by weights & measures, those companies who qualify are provided a device license which has a BMF#(ours is listed below). This license shows that the company is following the rules with tested equipment and proper insurance coverage. If you get into an unlicensed livery vehicle and have an accident you may end up trying to 'squeeze blood from a turnip' as the saying goes. While we intend to get you to your destination without an accident, we realize that accidents aren't planned and can happen to anyone on the road in the wrong place at the wrong time so we carry the proper commercial insurance as well as hiring professional, well qualified drivers.
