Cancellations made less than 12 hours before travel are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No shows or failure to cancel a trip by phone within 8 hours of the scheduled pickup will result in a 100% charge. Refunds will NOT be provided for conference specials or online promotions except for cancellation of flights by the airline or failure due to A1 Town Cars to provide the transportation and any refunds will be limited to the amount paid for that portion of the reservation.
