I recently had a gentleman from Northern Europe ask me about our American custom of tipping. He said he found it unusual since where he is from they do not tip, they expect the service to be good no matter what. I believe he is probably disappointed more than he'd like to admit, but thats just my opinion. After explaining what is customary and that he could adjust his tip higher or lower depending on how he felt the service was, he asked "Well how could you provide bad transportation?". Though I did not debate it with him at the time, his question did get me thinking, what could go wrong and what makes my service different from others? Here are some of the things we at A1 Town Cars do differently which sets us apart from other transportation companies:
